Your data, your right.
This is a courtesy English translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding notice under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Data controller
This notice covers personal data collected through siemex.xyz and its subdomains by Miguel Cristobal Gonzalez Gomez, an individual doing business as SIEMEX Desarrollo, based in Sinaloa, Mexico.
Data we collect
When you use the contact form, a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad form or a direct channel, we may collect:
- ◆Identification: full name and company or project name.
- ◆Contact: email and, only if you provide it, phone number.
- ◆Project information: service needed, business context, goals, budget range and anything else you choose to share.
- ◆Technical data collected automatically: IP address, date and time of submission and basic browser information, for security.
We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in free-text fields.
How we use it
Primary purposes: replying to your request, scheduling diagnosis calls, preparing proposals, communicating during your project, invoicing and post-project support.
Secondary, optional purposes: editorial content or newsletters (only with your explicit consent), anonymous statistics and Meta ad optimization. You can opt out of these by writing to contacto@desarrollo.siemex.xyz; it will not affect your main request.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We only share what is strictly necessary with our hosting and email provider, Meta Platforms (when you use one of its ad forms, under its own privacy policy) and Google Workspace (email).
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), revoke your consent or limit its use by emailing contacto@desarrollo.siemex.xyz with your name, proof of identity, a description of your request and anything that helps us locate your data. We reply within 20 business days.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for basic functionality, browsing experience, anonymous usage statistics and, where applicable, Meta ad measurement. You can disable them in your browser.
Security and retention
We use HTTPS, controlled storage and restricted access. Inquiries without an active project are kept for up to 24 months; client data for the duration of the relationship plus 5 years for tax obligations; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Changes and authority
Updates are published on this site with a new date. If you believe your data protection rights were violated, you can contact Mexico’s Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, which took over the functions of the former INAI in March 2025.
