A client portal that carries every project from sale to site approval.

Between the sale and site approval, each project moved through several teams and channels, with too many product variants and scope that was hard to hold. Before building any tool, the whole process had to be understood.

• ◆A study of the delivery process: organization, products, processes and cross-team communication.
• ◆A proposed modular product model, with separate production lines for standard and custom work.
• ◆A working client-portal prototype showing the proposed experience end to end.
• ◆Server-side AI assistance built into the portal.

The study and the prototype were presented to leadership as the basis for redesigning the delivery model.
